Add 'Modded' and 'Compete' map sections with the map chooser. #6

Currently represented by two tabs, 'Official Maps' and 'Custom Maps' ought to be changed into four tabs named 'Official', 'Modded', 'Compete' and 'Custom' in order to sort out and expand the map selection without bloating any of the groups. The 'Modded' and 'Compete' tabs are curated just as with the 'Official' maps.

'Modded' maps will take advantage of the wide selection of great scripted maps that unfortunately slips away in time to the detriment of both players and creators. Such a section would drastically increase the size of the game, at least compared to Unplugged installed (ca. 15 MB!) but in a world where the standard PC game range from 2-20 GB it's hard to imagine this to become a problem. The mod maps' performance itself would obviously be an important factor.

'Compete' will look for maps that are actively sought for in the competitive community/events and brings these in with its own selection. These maps are then easily available for competitive play and also won't have to clutter the 'Official' section as well as not confuse them with unwanted revisions otherwise found in the 'Custom' section.

added commit to 'master' with a concept display: https://github.com/RAunplugged/uRA/commit/1e8dd657bd68134067518d4b6d3f072d2c64e767 mapcho

Question is whether to have these extra tab categories with maps installed with the game's map folder or (if possible) install them into the user's documents\openra\maps folder. The latter would make it interesting, letting users fiddle with map selection provided with the game (maps need to be secured at the resource center) making the selection dynamic depending on popularity.
