Collecting Event: Collectors: Agent. If there is more than one collector with the same surname initials the dropdown result will not distinguish them

Dates have been added. If there are dates, they should show, but I am not sure this is happening at the moment in 7 (it is working in 6). If there are no dates we can't distinuish. But this may be no different to tht e situation we had in BG-BASE. There will be duplication of RBGE staff, as if they have collected and were a BG-BASE user then two records may have come across. For the Specify group there may be three

The dates show when you go into the full Collector record but not in the Agent query combo box in Specify 7.

Additional fields are added to QBX setup, these are visible when an agent is searched for so can help with disambiguating agents. This isn't currently working in Specify 7 and this has been raised as an issue with Specify in the Specify functionality repo
