RD - this has been made into a more general ticket to cover the need for help to be provided for all fields

Help text is needed for the following tables:

[ ] Collection Object
[ ] Agent
[ ] Taxon
[ ] Loan
[ ] Borrow
[ ] Gift
[ ] Accession
[ ] Permit

Collection Object Form: New Locality pop-up Window: Locality name. Help text reads ' this field is reqired'

Software and server instance: Specify 7 http://newishspecify.rbge.org.uk/

see the email I sent earlier this week. There is a google sheet where people can provide suggested help text. almost every field will not have help text

Draft text has been added to the schema for all the main tables. This may need to be reviewed as part of the work of finalising the production database
