Collecting Event Attribute: when add is clicked the UI jumps to the top of the page. It doesn't do this when Determinations, Collectors, Collection object properties is clicked.

Collection object attribute: click 'Add' jumped to top of Collection Object Form. SDE:ET:Issue no.: 86 remote.rbge.org.uk Chrome Specify 7 newishspecify.rbge.org.uk

This has been raised in the specify functionality repo. This isn't an issue with how the forms are made, rather an issue with Specify 7 itself
