For names below infraspecific rank the rank is not showing between the specific epithet and infraspecific epithet.

i think that this can be solved by making some additions to what is included in the fullName. In the tree it is possible to prefix and append words at each rank, so I think we will just need to add the relevant abbreviations here

This has now been updated on the current version of newspecify and I've made a note of this in the list of database edits I need to do
