Describe the bug 'Label (To be Cleaned)' category in GeoRef Source dropdown list not present in BG-BASE or mapping notes

Expected behavior List should match BG-BASE

Actual behavior 'Label (To be Cleaned)' category in GeoRef Source dropdown list not present in BG-BASE or mapping notes

Added in addition to fields in BG-BASE to allow for a flag for data cleaning to be included in the data.
