Look at order in picklists (can the user choose) RD [07.08.2020] Email to specify today asking about this

This was part of #36 which included a large number of seperate issues. Splitting it out to make it easier to manage

Currently it isn't possible to set an order for the picklists (other than PrepType).

I thought this had been passed on to Specify as an Enhancement request, but can't see an issue for it. Create this as an issue in Specify_functionality and close this one?

Raised on 24th Aug 2020. Possibly added as an enhancement request. Follow this up in a future meeting with Specify US

Needs specify enhancement. We've requested an enhancement. Need to live with until/if we get that.
