IE functionality #61

IE - Seemed to loose the author on Taxon name once it was entered

This was part of #36 which included a large number of seperate issues. Splitting it out to make it easier to manage

I don't think this is an on going issue. IE on all machines seems to have been replaced with Edge and I don't think there have been any issues reported for it
