Loans - autocalculated fields #69

Use autocalculated fields wherever possible - To reduce error by manual error loan data and quantity should be automatically calculated wherever possible.

This was part of #38 which included a large number of seperate issues. Splitting it out to make it easier to manage

Calculated fields have been added to summarise number of outstanding/resolved preparations.

Theresa did the work within Specify (part of the beta release) and has sent throguh the relevant code for forms. This has been added to our forms where appropriate
