Partial Loan return: scan in barcodes rather than picklist - Needs to be able to just beep in partial loans rather than selecting from a pick list RD [03.08.2020] re-opening this ticket so that it can be taken into discussion with Specify

This was part of #38 which included a large number of seperate issues. Splitting it out to make it easier to manage

This has been included in the Beta release. This has now be resolved.
