Split C2MAN into 2 separate utilities #51

Due to lack of free space for new features we must split C2MAN into 2 separate utilities - one for adding ROMs and BIOSes (remains named as C2MAN), the other for directory editing (C2EDIT and C2EDIT40).

C2MAN and C2MAN40 utilities have been separated into C2MINI and C2MINI40 utilities that lack the directory editor. The directory editor will be a separate utilities called C2EDIT and C2EDIT40.

C2MINI and C2MINI40 utilities were created as a workaround and released on 14.05.2023

C2MINI and C2EDIT will work just fine.
