Correct default ASCII mapper settings #58

C2MAN, C2MAN40 and C2RAMLDR utilities have incorrect initial segment settings, also A16 mapper has no mirroring enabled. This causes some games to fail to start and requires RCP files. The fix involves putting default settings to these values:
