Update files to flash Boot Menu, directory and BIOSes via cassette interface. The current files are too old. Use the Carnivore2.rom file as base for cfimage.bin. Also make a version with the special Boot Menu.

Created the solution and put latest Boot Menu (both standard and special) and both BIOSes into the image file for CF card:

Also modded the CFTEST utility to dump ROMs and IDE sectors in order to test Carnivore2 on a diskless machine. Released to repository on 23.07.2022.
