Rewrite firmware flashing utility. Features:

It should ask what firmware to flash (fmpac or sfg)
Firmware files are automatically selected (no longer firmware.bin+crc)
The utility must also flash the matching music module bios after flashing the firmware (bios must be present with .rom name)
