Should rundockerdevel.sh be replaced by a Dockerfile or removed? #5

It was last modified in 2017 and seems to wrap common uses of Docker which developers can be trusted to do themselves.

rundockerdevel.sh seems to make a docker image for ChimeraX using our old plato git repository. Obviously not used. Please git remove it.
