BLACS context with multiple communicators #33

I exposed some functions from ScalaPACK and reworked the logic of init.grid so users could create BLACS contexts within different communicators. I used this thread as an inspiration: http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-forum/archives/scalapack/msg00065.html I added some tests to pbdDMAT for this feature.
