Please publish new release to CRAN #67

Please publish new release to CRAN.

Last release was 0.4 on 5 Jan 2018, there's been a lot of fixes and commits since then.

... and that 0.4 release was removed from CRAN, because one of its dependencies was removed:

Package ‘remoter’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the [archive](https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/remoter).

Archived on 2023-02-25 as requires archived package 'argon2'.
