The plugin currently doesn't have a release for OJS 3.4

I've created a PR (https://github.com/RBoelter/twitterBlock/pull/11), but I just saw the timeline integration is in an unknown state, there's documentation on the site, but it's not working, perhaps they will fully switch to paid APIs.
