print errors and warnings to browser console #16

It would be nice to have the ability to print errors to the browser console 
instead of the ui window. Because some applications don't have a  uiwindow, 
only a console. I am thinking of things like Chrome extension background pages.

This would be useful also for developing JS applications for standalone SVG 
file, which can not handle current error reporting.
