example config files use underscore style but plovr only support dashes as word separators #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
the example configs (and indeed, the plovr program before the latest version) 
indicate the option names "module_output_path", "module_production_uri" and 
"module_info_path". it appears that with the latest build, only the 
hypen-separated versions of these options work.

the examples and documentation should be updated to indicate the new style.

Guilty as charged. Sorry, I should have done a search/replace throughout the 
codebase before pushing that change. Will fix.
