Add ID to injected error <div>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a host page with position: absolute at the top of the page.
2. Link to a plovr-served javascript app that produced a compile error
3. Note that the error div shows up beneath the absolutely positioned element.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to be able to apply a style that brings it to the front.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Built from head.
