FEATURE REQUEST: 'plovr info' to display compiler/template/library versions #38

I realize "versions" of the closure tools is still a bit nebulous but any info 
would help.  I was trying to use externs for jQuery 1.5.2 which requires 
compiler > r917 (see link below) and I couldn't tell if it wasn't working 
because of the version of the bundled compiler or some other problem.

sorry this is listed as a 'defect', I couldn't figure out how to add an 
'enhancement'.  FYI: if you'd prefer feature request via a different channel, 
please let me know.  I love plovr!

For some reason, people not on the project can't enter issues as enhancements. 
I just updated the status and I'll take a look today.
