Purpose

Test changes of (1)4.5.ユーザ情報入力画面改修 in another environment

Changes

On the "Profile information" screen from the "Settings" screen

Add a red mark on the 「名前」tab and the「職歴」tab, and add a message on the top tabs
Add manual Japanese message
