Purpose

Fixed (1)4.5.1.E-mail情報未登録時のユーザ情報登録画面改修

Changes

On the "Account settings" screen when the first login

Add a message at the top of 「アカウント情報」
Add a red star to the right of 「メールアドレスに接続しました」
Moved the email address registration frame to the top of「アカウント情報」
