Purpose

Update logic for issues about Authentication & Access control (Other issue) of some views

Changes

• Add or update function "test_func" to check user permission for some views
• Add or update logic to validate input parameters for some views
  • Handle error for not logging in (403 Forbidden)
  • Handle error for an invalid or missing required parameter (400 Bad Request)
  • Handle error for not existing (404 Not Found)
  • Handle error not having permission (403 Forbidden)
• Update UT for some views
