Installation unsuccessful and overlay does not start

Hello. My English is not the best so I use the Google translation tool. Sorry if something is wrongly expressed.

I followed the installation as in the instructions and got the following error at the end, which can be seen in the screenshot:

And with the overlay installation it looks like this:

Then the browser opens with a few errors:

okay I found a mistake and the first part is running but the error with the overlay remains

Can be closed here. I fixed the problem with the following settings: npm remove react-dev-utils npm i react-dev-utils@10.0.0
