Normally, you can add an entity to the "Always Bright" list in the Dynamic Stealth config file to make it always visible with line of sight. However, this doesn't appear to work with the turret. Player senses have to be disabled entirely to make the turret visible.
Note that the turret is always visible while you're inside it.
