Thanks for your interest in our dosage bias scoring code!
This repo is no longer maintained as we’ve now incorporated this WGD method into the GATK-SV pipeline here: https://github.com/broadinstitute/gatk-sv broadinstitute/gatk-sv: A structural variation pipeline for short-read sequencing github.com
You should be able to find all of the documentation and reference files you need in the GATK-SV repo.
