Convention for naming read-only properties #385

Is there any guidance for how to name read-only properties for new users of our S7 classes? Regardless of the autocomplete functionality in RStudio I would still like users to easily identify which properties they should not try to edit.

Sorry, but I think we're a long way from developing this sort of convention yet.
