Get Vanity URL? #18

It might be nice if we took out a URL like RCensusGuide.org and have it redirect to https://rconsortium.github.io/censusguide/.

I personally can never remember the URL to see the stylized version of the of the README

Done. RCensusGuide.info now redirects to this page.
