I propose to use this repository as a mean for those R Community Members who want to collaborate in solving R's Bugzilla issues, between several persons together, can do this here.
For example, pick an interesting issue from Bugzilla: https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17615
And those who are interested on collaborating in it can share here required files from R Source, and collaborate simultaneously on it.
Once ended, submit the patch to Bugzilla, as a SVN diff, and request R Core for approval.
