add details about dev and main version

[ ] Information about'dev' version, 'official' version and PR versions should be explained in the beginning of the book and in the README. It should be located after "Chapter 1 About"
[ ] Add version 1.0 on the main version and the dev should be 1.0.001 (and iterate over changes)

I will complete later the README with some explanations about the 'github action' that helps us to publish the book's versions later in a PR.
