This PR contains additional fixes and updates to the ADRG for the application:
A friendlier message appears in the KM-Plot module when the user applies filters that do not result in enough observations for estimates of survival probability (thank you @loankimrobinson!)
Disabled the MRAN integration with {renv} due to Microsoft shutting down the MRAN repository.
Add instructions for installing RTools within ADRG, as now a few packages require compilation
Add notes in ADRG regarding various warnings displayed in the R console when restoring the package library and running the application.
