If we could build connection with PHUSE for the potential of update ADRG template to make it

language agnostic
add instruction of using R as in our pilot 1

When I go through the WGs in PHUSE there doesn't seem to be one that is currently working with the ADRG (except for integrated analysis data). We could apply for a new project as shown here: https://advance.phuse.global/display/WEL/Useful+Information
