Domain specific extension for maDMPs #3

I think in the domain ABC we need to include more information on Security and Privacy. I have a collection of DMPs and would like to define an extension to the standard by defining additional fields to reflect the needs of domain ABC.

We have already encountered this while building out the RDA Common Standard compliant API for DMPRoadmap systems.

DMPRoadmap allows for a DMP template to be specified when creating a plan (a DMP template is a collection of predefined questions specific to a funding organization). We will want API clients to be able to specify that they want the Horizon2020 or a domain specific USGS template when creating a DMP.
