Numbering of part- connection #8

How do we get Numbering of Part connected to the thing it is a part of? (ergo, how do I connect chapter 2 to the main work?)

The issue here is how to connect data for the RDA "Numbering of Part" element to data for a "Contained In (Work)" element, e.g.: Contained In (Work): Deresiewicz, William, 1964- Jane Austen education Numbering of Part: chapter 3

This issue will be referred to the JSC Aggregates Work Group (currently being formed).
