Add data in to make this a real data package #10

If you have the data already downloaded why not add it in (in the data directory) and then add to datapackage.json to make this a real datapackage :-) (data can be any form - so sql, csv, xml is fine ...)

Sadly the project stalled at this stage because a) there are data protection considerations of uploading this dataset (contains some personal data), and b) this project only works on old versions of the register from before March 2013 when the format changed. We're working on another one though - over at https://github.com/themakshter/privacyMatters . I'll look into setting up a datapackage file for that project once the latest data has been uploaded.

Reuben, he won't be able to see that repository as it is private at the moment. You can view the current state of the registry at privacymatters.herokuapp.com. This is the data representation and visualisation done on the new format. It isn't the full register - it has about 1000 data controllers - and it needs a lot more work imo.

Oops, I forgot it was currently private. Yes, in that case, watch this space!

But what about the bulk data dump as opposed to the app - that's what you need here :-)

It's only available from the source as a DVD on request from the ICO, it's not hosted online anywhere. If we host it ourselves we will probably have to become data controllers under the DPA
