you are missing comma at end of https://github.com/RDBinns/datactrl/blob/master/datapackage.json#L12 (this breaks json ...)

Thanks! Fixed the comma. Validator says invalid because it's missing some required property.

Yes, you are probably missing resources (i.e. any data files)
