Need to sort out the copyright holders of the modified code, so we can finalize the license.

Seems clear that University of Chicago is listed
Is Argonne National Labs listed as well?
Is DePaul University listed?
If DePaul's policy is not to take ownership, are individuals listed?
Anyone we're missing in this list?
