please, write in the reports that exactly game you are playing. PAL/NTSC US/JP 
GDI/CDI version etc

32 layers is not enough here, set it to 64 or disable auto sort.

Demul, 2x IR + 64 Layers eats up  1382mb of Vram 
a real dreamcast as 8mb of Vram + 16mb of system memory
Will OIT memory usage be more efficient in newer releases.
