Samurai Shodown VI problem with DX11 using layers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Japanese context instead of English context as demul 0.57. I love the English 
context. How to resolve this?
- Very slow when come into fighting battle under DX11 with activated layers. I 
am using GPU 1GB Xeon Intel DDR5 and GF9400M on windows 8.1 pro (same results 
for both). 
- If DX10 is used, the speed is very good (full speed), however, the characters 
into fighting battle is missing even everything runs perfectly as other 
Atomiswave games. 
- When switch from full screen to windows mode, I face the program crash (maybe 
because I am using windows 8.1 x64 pro so there is no chance to install DX9c 
full. Is it right?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1. you can change language to Enligh in game Test Mode
2. GF9400M is very old and very slow GPU, its not near enough for current level 
of emulation.
3. its  known, but DX10 is discontinoued and will be removed in next release.
