Enhancement: Global memory card #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a multi-disc game Disc1 and create a save.
2. Load Disc2, there is no save game available to continue the game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting Disc2 to see Disc1 save data.
Instead, it creates and loads a different memory card filename because each
disc have a different DISC ID.

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
WiiSX 2.x

Please provide any additional information below.
Current solutions are :
1. Disable memory card auto-load/save and :
Load Disc1 > Go to current ISO > Load memory card > Load Disc2 > boot game
2. Use memory card slot 2

Enhancement :
In the save menu, create a new option to choose between Individual (per DISC
ID) or Global (per Slot : Select/Create new) memory card.

Note: This will also prevent the bug when a DISC ID is not detected, in that
case the game will use a memory card without a filename '.mcd' or the
'previously played DISC ID.mcd'. I should create a new issue for that one ?

I have to say I like the ability/feature to have a separate memory card for
each game.
But u are absolutely right.
Especially games like chrono cross, final fantasy etc. needs a global card.
