Data transformations for final age estimate #11

During the project meeting on 23 May 2017, @zarquon42b suggested the following additions to the extension.

Currently, the "Suture specifica age ranges" are direct input to the conclusion process "Estimating age based on suture specific age ranges". Output of this process is a textual conclusion, "Conclusion.FrAgeEst".

To facilitate data queries, it would be preferable to have a scalar age estimate for the individual. Ultimately, the RDFBones core ontology should implement value specifications, including value range specifications (cf. RDFBones-O #111).

For the current implementation with the VITRO framework, it was decided not to implement value specifications and to stick with measurement data instead. This means that there should be additional data transformations, creating two scalar measurement data: a minimum and a maximum measurement datum. These would need to be entered manually, as their calculation depends on the combination of suture-specific age ranges that are input to the transformation.
