Implement relation between specimens and skeletal inventories #135

This issue was discussed during the RDFBones/AnthroGraph project meeting on 18 February 2021. The following structures are to be implemented:

RDFBones-Specimen-SkeletalInventories-Full

For the property 'is described by', a new subset for the SIO needs to be created.

This issue is related to #121 and #67.
