This implements the changes outlined in issue #135 with the following improved layout:

The following classes are created:

• Subclasses of class 'specimen' (obi:0100051)

  • :SampleFromHumanRemains
  • :SampleFromHumanSkeletalRemains
  • :IsolatedHumanBone
  • :CommingledHumanSkeletalRemains

• Subclasses of class :SkeletalInventory

  • :InventoryOfIndividualBones
  • :InventoryOfSkeleton

The following new subset is created:

• SIO-RDFBonesSubset.owl

The following properties are imported from the Semanticscience Integrated Ontology (SIO):

• 'describes' (sio:000563)
• 'is described by' (sio:000557)
