It would be better to put the restriction on the class 'Skeletal inventory' as the relation is defined when this dataset is created.
The range of the relation should be the class 'Sample from human skeletal remains'.
For the sake of classification, the specimen types could have restrictions that make them Samples from human skeletal remains that are described by some specific type of skeletal inventory, e.g. 'Human skeleton specimen' by 'Inventory of a skeleton'.
