Phaleron dental inventory: Add 'Entire tooth' as relevant ROI for information about unidentified tooth crowns #155

For the scoring of unidentified incomplete tooth crowns it would be benefical to add the option 'Entire tooth' to the construction plan for the Phaleron dental inventory module. This would be applicable for fragments that cannot be attributed to neither a tooth type nor a dental arcade.

An option 'Entire primary tooth' would be even better. As there is no equivalent FMA class as subclass of 'Organ', however, the solution 'Entire tooth' seems to be more practicable, here.
