[phaleron-patho] phaleron-patho:DegreeOfOsteophyteFormation points to invalid VS #163

phaleron-patho:DegreeOfOsteophyteFormation is restriced to non-existing standards-patho:DegreeOfBoneLippingValueSpecification instead of phaleron-patho:DegreeOfBoneLippingValueSpecification>

Also affected is the measurement datum 'Degree of syndesmophyte formation (phaleron-patho:DegreeOfSyndesmophyteFomation). Here, also, the class restriction should be on phaleron-patho:DegreeOfBoneLippingValueSpecification instead of standards-patho:DegreeOfBoneLippingValueSpecification.

For existing data, instances of class standards-patho:DegreeOfBoneLippingValueSpecification need to be re-assigned to class phaleron-patho:DegreeOfBoneLippingValueSpecification.
