Unclear use of Dublincore items #166

dc#creator is being used by AnthroGraph while RDFBones has the classes dc/elements/1.1/creator as well as dc/terms/creator

The use of dc#creator appears to be done in error and one of the RDFBones classes should be removed. dc/elements/1.1/creator appears to be from the OBI while dc/terms/creator appears to be from the actual Dublincore.

dc:date is likely also affected.

Changes to these items will also require action in https://github.com/AnthroGraph/PBP-App
