phaleron-si: Add ROIs about sets of vertebrae, neural arches and vertebral bodies

Problem Statement

During the resolution of issue https://github.com/RDFBones/RDFBonesPhaleron/issues/52 the Phaleron skeletal inventory template was edited and measurement data about the number of fragments of neural arches and vertebral bodies were added.

In the template (version 17 May 2022), both measurement data are about 'All vertebrae, grouped'. For the implementation into AnthroGraph, however, there is no reason not to relate them to ROIs 'Entire set of all neural arches' and 'Entire set of all vertebral bodies'. Both classes can be defined as 'regional part of' a class 'Entire set of all vertebrae'.

Required Action

The following additions are necessary:

• Create the following classes as subclasses of 'Anatomical region of interest':
  • 'Entire set of all vertebrae'
  • 'Entire set of all neural arches'
  • 'Entire set of all vertebral bodies'
• Add class restrictions to 'Entire set of all neural arches' and 'Entire set of all vertebral bodies' defining them to be regional parts of 'Entire set of all vertebrae'
